Bees United is the official supporters’ trust of Brentford Football Club, representing fans while operating as an independent organisation with its own governance, responsibilities and voice.
As Brentford continued its rise through the football pyramid and into the Premier League, Bees United recognised the need for a more professional, confident brand presence. One that could stand proudly alongside the club, while clearly representing the interests, heritage and ambitions of its members.

What we Delivered
A Brand Built for Independence and Alignment
We created a full brand identity for Bees United that acknowledged its close relationship with Brentford FC while clearly establishing its own voice. Visual decisions were carefully balanced to feel credible, professional and respectful of the club’s heritage, without appearing subordinate or informal.
This gave Bees United a clear, confident presence that could operate across official communications, public-facing initiatives and member engagement.
A Digital Platform for Members and Governance
We designed and built a responsive website that acts as the central hub for Bees United activity. The platform supports member communications, updates, documentation and transparency, including the delivery of AGMs and official trust information.
UX decisions focused on clarity and accessibility, ensuring members could easily find information, stay informed and engage with the organisation’s work.
Systems for Ongoing Member Communication
We put structured systems in place for newsletters, email marketing and social content, allowing Bees United to communicate consistently and clearly with its membership. These tools were designed to be easy to manage internally, ensuring long-term sustainability rather than reliance on one-off campaigns.
